Payment and Cancellation Policies: Full payment is required at time of registration, or no later than 7 days before the class begins. (If you are registering late for a class, payment is due upon registration). Payment plans are available; please call us for details. $100 of the course registration fee is a non-refundable deposit. Classes do fill up, so to help accommodate our students, we have the following cancellation policy: Cancellations of up to 7 days before the course begins will receive a full refund minus the $100 deposit. Cancellations of less than 7 days before the course begins will receive a 50% refund minus the deposit. The nonrefundable $100 deposit may be applied towards another Ames prep course.
