Algebra and Geometry

Our summer courses are great ways to mend gaps and solidify math skills so students can succeed in higher level math courses.

In both Algebra and Geometry, math teachers are now mandated to teach more topics, so they are constantly forced to move rapidly on to new topics. As a result, students are more likely to have areas where they cope (and maybe even get decent grades) in their class, but the mastery is simply not there.

In our courses, students review concepts that are the foundations for higher math and they patch up areas of uncertainty. Since we are SAT experts we will also cover the topics on which students traditionally stumble on when taking the tests.

Students with gaps in their Geometry skills have trouble with the SAT and often struggle with Trigonometry. This class allows students to review the basics so they can succeed in advanced math classes and on the college entrance exams.
